From Somewhere, Volume Two

Well…hi.

I’m jm tuffley, and this is my blog. I say that not because I think you’ve forgotten (though I think you may have), but mostly due to the fact I’ve forgotten. Which, while hopefully forgivable, is still a rather high etiquette offense of the internets.

So, you may be wondering where I went off to. And part of that answer is Needcoffee’s brand new Ning Gabfest. I’ve been working at doing exclusive content for NC’s new social network, and I’ve been doing most of posting over there. Please, go join up and check out all the stuff we’ve been putting up over there!

Another part of the answer is, of course, the SCA. Mostly getting the Bardic website streamlined and looking better.
Yet another portion of that answer comes from an inch I’ve been wanting to scratch for sometime-while I’ve covered TV for the better part of 14 years, it’s been mostly news items. So, now I’m gonna try my hand reviewing shows. I’m currently working on creating a new site for that itch and will plan to officially launch it post-Dragoncon. More on that in the month to come.

Speaking of Dragoncon- yes, I will be there. We’ll be talking about that in a few days.
World’s Tour is lurching forward, toward getting somewhere. But I’m not announcing anything. Yet. I did, however redesign the holding page to be more toward the look the site will have when the webserial (eventually) launches.

New episodes of the Playlist (series 2!) will resume transmission shortly. Also thinking of completely different for a possible third series of the program, which I’m sure we’ll discuss at some point.

I’ve finally obtained a Wii. It is fun. Plan to do reviews for games soon.

The other part of the answer is…the balancing act sometimes gets a bit more complicated. Marriage and home ownership apparently involve new ways to suck your time. So trying to get my head around that.

So a lot of behind the curtain stuff for a while, but things are ramping back up. All is well in the House of Werks.

And while I can’t promise any more sporadic disappearances-its still free. So there.
